Chicken Seekh Kabab
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, fresh coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until all the spices are evenly incorporated into the chicken.
2. Shape the Kebabs: If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning. Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and shape it around the skewer in a long, cylindrical form. Repeat this process for the remaining mixture.
3. Grill the Kebabs: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat. Lightly brush the skewers with oil and place them on the grill. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice golden-brown char on the outside.
Tip: If you don’t have a grill, you can also cook the kebabs in an oven or on a non-stick pan.
4. Serve the Kebabs: Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the skewers and serve them hot with green chutney, lemon wedges, and a salad on the side.
Final Touch:
Feel free to sprinkle some chaat masala over the kebabs for a tangy kick just before serving. These Chicken Seekh Kebab are juicy, tender, and packed with flavors. They are a perfect match for any festive gathering or a quiet dinner night.
